• Interior inspection: We inspect the interior of the home, including outlets, bathroom and kitchen plumbing, windows, and more, to identify any potential issues.
• Attic and crawlspace inspection: We go where most people don't to identify potential deficiencies, such as termite damage or moisture problems.
• Mold inspection: We can swab test and sample the air to detect mold, and use thermal cameras to enhance our findings.
• Well testing: We can test the well water for Coliform Bacteria, Arsenic, Lead, Nitrates, and Uranium, and evaluate the well's strength and production rate.
• Commercial property inspections: We offer inspections for commercial properties, and can assemble a team of experts to get the job done quickly and correctly.
