With over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, JoAnne brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our clients. A graduate of the USC Marshall School of Business ISO Program and the AEA/Stanford Executive Institute, JoAnne has a professional approach to every client relationship. Her extensive background in finance and technology, combined with her designations as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist and Corporate Relocation Specialist, make her the perfect guide for navigating the complexities of real estate.

Damian DeBlis, Agent & Interior Designer

Damian is a native Orange County resident with over 10 years of experience in real estate. After attending the Interior Designers Institute, Damian honed his design skills and sales expertise at Ligne Roset and Roche Bobois, a world-renowned design firm based in Paris. Damian's strategic thinking, project management skills, and ability to elevate design make him an asset to our team.

Christian Le-DeBlis, Director of Marketing

Christian is a native Orange County resident with over 15 years of experience in real estate. After attending the University of San Diego, Christian co-founded a property management company in Buenos Aires, representing international investors. He later joined his family's residential real estate firm in Southern California, supporting back-end operations. Christian's innovative approach to marketing and technology makes him an integral part of our team.
