Full Circle Painting & Contracting Inc. was founded on honesty, integrity, and a genuine desire to provide clients with truly exceptional customer experience. Our owner, Gene Williams, began dreaming about owning his own business back in 1999 as a freshman at Wachusett High School. Although the company didn't have a name back then, Gene's vision has never changed. He wanted to do something he loved, with people he enjoyed working with, while providing a product he was proud of! After years of working for other companies, Gene finally decided to make his childhood dream a reality and start Full Circle Painting & Contracting.

Our History

Gene Williams has always been driven by entrepreneurship. Even at the age of 6, he set up his first lemonade stand. After graduating from UMass Amherst in 2007 with degrees in Corporate Finance, Economics, and Psychology, Gene decided to chase his childhood dream. He started numerous successful businesses in the construction industry over the last 12 years, gathering valuable knowledge and experience along the way. This expertise is what makes Full Circle Painting & Contracting so special.
