Questions
When should I book my event rentals?
We recommend booking one year in advance, especially for summer events in Flathead Valley's popular wedding season.
What's included with tent rentals?
Tents include standard stakes and basic setup guidance. Walls, liners, and special features are available at additional costs.
How do you handle weather changes?
We monitor forecasts and can add protective elements like walls if notified before delivery. Montana's unpredictable weather requires flexibility.
What are cleaning requirements for returned items?
Dishes should be wiped clean, glassware emptied and racked, and linens shaken and rolled for return in original containers.
Do you deliver outside Flathead Valley?
Delivery fees vary by location. While primarily serving Flathead Valley, we can accommodate select locations beyond our core area.
