Cleanliness and Maintenance Issues
The majority of the reviews highlight the poor cleanliness and maintenance of the properties managed by Minnix. Reviewers have reported finding pet stains, wet cigarette butts, trash, and dirt upon moving in. The apartments were not cleaned properly before move-in, and some even had holes in the walls, busted doors, and sloppy caulking.
