Our founder, Allyson Wells Podell, discovered her passion for flowers at a young age. After nearly a decade of teaching high school English, Allyson decided to pursue her love of growing and arranging flowers. Willow and Star Flowers, named after Allyson's parents, William and Suzanne Star, was born.
