Established in 2007, Colorado Family Orthopaedics is the first full-time orthopaedic practice in Castle Rock. Our goal is to provide the personal care that patients desire. We are different from other orthopaedic practices in that our patients are followed exclusively by Dr. Garramone himself. A positive outcome to your orthopaedic issue is our singular goal.

At Colorado Family Orthopaedics, we offer the latest treatment options to our patients including Orthopedic Surgery, Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) Therapy, Stem Cell Regeneration Therapy, Sports Medicine, and Fracture Care. Our Orthopedic Surgery services cover a wide range of procedures, from knee and shoulder replacements to fracture care and sports medicine. Our PRP Injection Therapy is a concentration of the healing platelets and growth factors in your own blood that release bioactive healing factors and decrease inflammation. Our Stem Cell Regeneration Therapy is Castle Rock's only orthopaedic specialty clinic offering stem cell regeneration therapy for tissue growth and healing. We also offer In-Office Diagnostics, Sports Medicine, and Fracture Care services to our patients.
