At Therapeutic Equestrian Center (TEC), we believe that every individual, regardless of their physical, emotional, or developmental abilities, deserves to live their best life. Our Mission

As a 501(c)(3) private non-profit organization, our mission is to promote and enhance the abilities of each participant through the use of horseback riding, while promoting understanding and awareness of the needs and abilities of children and adults with disabilities.

Our Services

We offer a variety of programs and services, including:

• Therapeutic riding lessons, tailored to meet the unique needs of each participant
• Equine-assisted activities, designed to promote physical, emotional, and social growth
• Recreational activities, such as horse shows and special events
• Volunteer opportunities, for those who want to get involved and make a difference

Founded in 1982, TEC has a rich history of providing life-changing experiences for children and adults with disabilities. Our founders, driven by a passion to make a difference, created a safe and welcoming space where individuals could come together to learn, grow, and thrive.
