The Levert Land Companies are family-owned businesses with a rich history dating back to the early 1900s in Louisiana. Our companies, including Levert-St. John, LLC, the J. B. Levert Land Company, LLC, and various other smaller companies, specialize in land development, real estate investing, and property management.

Our history is deeply rooted in the agricultural industry, with our company founders, General Jean Batiste Levert, beginning to amass properties in the 1870s as an individual proprietor and through partnerships.
