Open-Die Forging
Our open-die forging process shapes steel without part-specific dies, creating stronger, customizable components up to 3,500 lbs. and 180 inches long. Using American steel, we produce hubs, gear blanks, and complex shapes for industrial applications. This method enhances material strength while accommodating unique client requirements across aerospace, energy, and oil sectors.
CNC Machining
We offer CNC machining for diameters up to 64 inches and lengths up to 156 inches, handling materials like carbon alloy, titanium, and stainless steel. Our capabilities include 4-axis lathes, vertical turret lathes, and machining centers to deliver tight tolerances and superior surface finishes for prototypes or production runs.
Nondestructive Testing
