At Lifeskills South Florida, we are dedicated to providing clinically excellent mental health care for sustained recovery. Our mental health treatment center in South Florida is dually licensed to treat primary mental health and substance use disorders. Since 1991, we have offered customized treatment programs for all genders, ages 18 and over, suffering from mental health conditions and substance use disorders.

Our Programs and Services

Our treatment programs are designed to address a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, depressive disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, process addictions, substance use disorder, thought disorders, psychosis, schizoaffective disorder, and schizophrenia. We also offer specialized programs for veterans, women, and the Jewish community.

Our treatment approaches include clinical pathways, evidence-based treatment, and additional therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy, cognitive processing therapy, cognitive remediation therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, exposure and ritual prevention therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, psychiatric medication evaluation, rational emotive behavior therapy, recreational therapy, and seeking safety.
