We offer loan terms up to 7 years and amortization up to 25 years for various property types such as non-owner-occupied residential, retail, office, mixed-use, industrial, hospitality, and special use, including mobile home parks and undeveloped land. Construction funding is also available. Additionally, we perform all appraisal work in-house, ensuring a streamlined process.
