At Lil Creative Designs, we strive to design, create, and produce products that will leave you speechless! We offer services in the following areas. We will help you determine which production method is best for you based on your specific needs, budget, and turnaround time. Custom Apparel Design Options: HTV, Sublimation, Laser Transfers, Embroidery and Screenprinting Apparel Example: T-shirts, Sweatshirts, Hoodies, Joggers, Hats, Cardigans, Shoes, etc. Business Promotional Products Design Options: Sublimation, Laser Transfers, and Screenprinting Promotional Product Examples: Mugs, Tumblers, Notebooks, Bags, Travel Accessories, and Much More. HTV Heat Transfer Vinyl (iron on vinyl, t-shirt vinyl, or HTV) is a similar material with a heat-activated adhesive that is designed to work with fabric surfaces (or any surface that can stand the heat). This process is not ideal for intricate or multi-colored designs. Sublimation printing is a specific process of printing that first involves printing onto a special sheet of paper, then transferring that image onto another material (usually polyester or a polyester mix). The ink is then heated until it disintegrates into the fabric. The process of Sublimation printing costs more than other methods, but it lasts longer, and will not crack or peel over time, like other shirt printing methods. Laser/Plastisol Ink Transfers involve printing directly onto a special transfer paper using a laser printer, then applying the transfer to the apparel using heat and pressure. This method is ideal for small, detailed designs and is often used for custom phone cases and laptop skins.
