Silverbrook Kennels

Silverbrook Kennels, Inc. is a country retreat for dogs located in Stafford and Fredericksburg, Virginia. We are a family-run facility that has been welcoming each new guest into our family since 1979. Our caring staff wants your dog to have a great time with us while exploring and playing on our 10-acre farm. Whether your pup is boarding with us, playing with friendly staff in daycare, or learning in obedience training, we want them to feel like this is their home away from home.

Our founder, Trish Jagoda, has a deep passion for dogs and has dedicated her life to providing the best care for them. As a young girl, she spent time with her father and brother teaching her pets various new tricks and discovered her special connection with dogs. Under her leadership, many of her dogs have gone on to win a plethora of awards, become titled Master Hunters, and have earned a place in the AKC Hall of Fame.

Silverbrook Kennels, Inc. is committed to treating our furry guests like family. Our staff, many of whom have been with us for many years, are specially trained to provide your pets with the care and attention they need to feel at home during their stay. We believe in understanding a dog at their level, so we can provide them the best service, whether it be for their training, boarding, or even just a daycare visit with us.

Our facility is nestled on 10 acres with a pond and park-like atmosphere. We have a family-run facility where your dog will feel at home, experienced and caring year-round staff, and continuing education and certification for all employees. We serve Stafford and Fredericksburg, VA from our 10-acre farm off Courthouse Road.

We offer a variety of services including boarding, daycare, and obedience training. Our boarding service provides a comfortable and safe environment for your dog to stay while you are away. Our daycare service allows your dog to socialize and play with other dogs under the supervision of our staff. Our obedience training service helps your dog learn basic commands and behaviors that will make them a well-behaved companion.
