Poekoelan Tjimindie Tulen is a traditional Indonesian martial art that offers practical self-defense and fluid fitness. This hard style martial art is characterized by its beautiful, flowing movements that hide powerful, explosive strikes. It is a compassionate, balanced action that combines fighting with healing, physical with mental and spiritual. Our art is based on explosive speed, energy, and technique, making it accessible to everyone, regardless of age or ability.

The term "Mas" is used to denote respect for both men and women in our art. We believe in empowering individuals through fitness, self-defense skills, and intuition. Our instructors have over 60 years of experience training and teaching martial arts, guiding students of all ages and abilities.

Our Instructors

Our instructors are highly experienced and dedicated to their craft. Jennifer Jordan, Amber Haskell, and Naomi Zingman-Daniels have trained and taught Poekoelan Tjimindie Tulen and Indonesian martial arts for many years. They have a deep understanding of the art and its benefits, which they share with their students. Jennifer, in particular, has a strong focus on helping people access their own power and improve their fitness and health.
