Schmidt Land Surveying, Inc. is a Summit County-based company that offers full-service professional surveying services to a diverse range of clients throughout Summit County. We have been providing expert consulting services to individuals and performing daily field crew operations as a subcontractor on larger construction projects since our establishment in 2006. Our commitment to quality and professionalism sets us apart from the competition.

Our team is led by Liz Schmidt, who has more than thirty years of experience in land surveying. Liz graduated from Colorado State University in 1989 with a degree in Forest Management Science and moved to Summit County in 1990, where she began her career as a surveyor. Over the years, Liz has developed a keen understanding of the local terrain and has established strong relationships with the community, which allows us to provide personalized services tailored to the unique needs of each client.

At Schmidt Land Surveying, we pride ourselves on our goal-oriented communication, responsiveness, and attention to detail. We utilize state-of-the-art technology, including Trimble one-person total stations and GPS with Trimble Survey Controller handheld computer data collection, to ensure accuracy and efficiency in our work. Our office computations, drafting, and plats are done using AutoCAD and Civil 3D software.
