Questions
How does my dog become a Pack Member?
Dogs must pass a daycare assessment during their first visit. We schedule one new family per day for evaluation to ensure proper integration into our pack environment.
What are your boarding requirements?
Dogs must be Pack Members, at least 8 months old, and spayed/neutered. They require up-to-date vaccinations and must maintain active membership through regular visits.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, credit cards, PayPal, and offer prepaid packages for frequent users. Payment is due at the end of each service day.
Can I drop off my dog outside regular hours?
We only accept scheduled drop-offs during specified hours. No unscheduled visits are permitted as staff availability depends on confirmed reservations.
Do you administer medication to dogs?
We provide non-invasive medication administration for chronic conditions, including supplements, ear drops, and eye drops. We cannot handle post-surgery care or contagious illness treatments.
What happens if my dog has medical needs?
Dogs requiring special medical care must provide veterinary documentation. Our facility isn't equipped for recuperative care, so we recommend veterinary boarding for post-surgical or intensive care needs.
