Oscar D. Rodriguez, our Senior Loan Consultant, has 18+ years of experience in loan origination and is bilingual. He works closely with Jim and Dawn Clemente to effectively accomplish the clients' mortgage needs quickly and with no surprises at closing. Oscar is committed to providing excellent communication and courtesy throughout the loan process.

Dawn Clemente, our Processing Manager, is the "Processing Queen" who handles all the behind-the-scenes tasks. She is responsible for updating your insurance, ordering title work, and handling other conditions for your loan. Dawn loves the fast pace and new experience with each new customer and is dedicated to ensuring that every client has a positive experience with Sunview Mortgage.
