LRC Office Plaza, located at 500 - 42nd Street Rock Island, IL, is a renovated International Harvester office building. This property houses several state agencies and our office, with a small amount of office space available for lease and multiple out lots for future expansion. We aim to attract businesses to the City of Rock Island's East corridor and create an appealing business and housing district for all surrounding areas.

LRC Retail Plaza, our newest development, is located at 4015 6th Ave. Rock Island. This property is ideal for restaurants, bars, coffee shops, sandwich shops, or any other retail or office space. Its proximity to Augustana College makes it an attractive location for businesses catering to students and the local community.

Crown Center, located at 3800 Avenue of the Cities Moline, IL, is a 90,455 sq. ft. 2-story building that was previously home to Sears Department Store. This facility has been renovated and currently houses two businesses. We are marketing this office space for lease in Moline, as well as having retail space available.

Finally, Walgreens, located at 4000 Avenue of the Cities Moline IL, was built in 1995 and is one of the three Quad City locations that offer 24-hour service.
