Problems with Maintenance and Management
The majority of the reviews are negative, with residents expressing frustration with the maintenance and management of the apartment complex. Ceiling Leaks and Mold Issues Aaliyah Wilson has been staying at the complex since last year and has experienced ceiling leaks and mold growth in her apartment. She reported the issue to management, but they have not taken any action to move her to a new apartment or resolve the problem. As a result, she and her kids have fallen ill from inhaling mold spores.
Disorganization and Lack of Communication
Jaaliyiah Smith had a similar experience when she tried to apply for an apartment at the complex. She called multiple times and even visited the office in person, only to be told that her application couldn't be found. Despite being a single mother of a 9-month-old child, she was told that the complex was not accepting new residents and that the waiting list was on hold. However, online advertisements claimed to have available apartments, leaving her confused and frustrated.
Positive Experience
Kryshon Morgan had a more positive experience, rating the complex 5 stars. She expressed her enthusiasm for moving into the newly remodeled apartments.
