R.F. Wood Door Company has been a cornerstone of the Southington community since 1955. It all began with Robert Wood, who honed his door expertise while working at Stanley Works. Driven by his passion, he launched his own venture from his basement, establishing a warehouse on Meriden Avenue to serve his growing clientele. Partnering with Lawrence Woods, the business evolved into Wood & Woods, Inc. Over time, we've come full circle, returning to the name that started it all, R.F. Wood Door Co., taking pride in upholding the longstanding reputation for exceptional customer care that our family has built.
