Our Story

Founded in 1973, Gold Medal Gymnastics has become Long Island's leading gymnastics center, offering comprehensive programs for children of all ages and abilities. We take pride in providing a safe, positive, and encouraging atmosphere where young athletes can learn, grow, and achieve their goals.

Our Services

Recreational Gymnastics: Develop fundamental gymnastics skills in a fun and engaging environment. Choose from various classes for all age groups.

Competitive Gymnastics: Train with experienced coaches and prepare for competitive events under the USAG and USAIGC federations.

Gold Medal Ninja: High-energy classes designed to foster strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination in young children.

Tumbling & Trampoline: Focus on acro skills, flips, and jumps on our dedicated tumbling strip and trampoline.
