• Consignment and Selling: We make it easy for you to consign or sell your toys to us. Whether you're consigning or selling one piece or an entire collection, we are here to help you achieve your goal.

• Online Catalogs: Our online catalogs are available on multiple platforms, including www.toysoftimespast.com, Liveauctioneers, and Invaluable/Auctionzip. These catalogs are posted about three weeks prior to the auction date, allowing bidders to place bids during this period.

• Bidding Options: Our bidding options cater to different preferences. Live online bidding allows bidders to participate in real-time during the auction. Absentee bidding allows bidders to place bids in advance, and our system will competitively place bids on their behalf during the live auction.

• Bidders' Terms and Conditions: All bidders must read and accept our Terms and Conditions of Sale prior to bidding. By placing a bid, you agree to the terms and conditions forming a sale contract between the successful bidder (purchaser), Toys of Times Past Auctions, and the consignor (seller).

• Buyer's Premium and Sales Tax: A 23% buyer's premium will be added to all purchases paid for with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or Debit. A 3% discount will be applied to all purchases paid for with Cash, Check, or Money Order (discounted to 20%). Sales tax is required if mandated by the state you reside in for all internet sales and will be added to your invoice.

• Payment and Shipping: We accept various payment methods, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Cash, Wire Transfer, Check, or Money Order. All checks will be held for 10 business days prior to sending items to the third-party shipper. Payment in full must be received within 4 calendar days after receiving the invoice. If payment is not received within 4 days after the invoice is sent and you have a card on file, it will be automatically charged 4 days after you receive your invoice.
