D & S Dental Laboratory

D&S Dental Laboratory is a full-service NADL Certified Dental Laboratory that has been providing crown & bridge, dentures, dental implants, and orthodontic appliances to dentists in Wisconsin and Illinois since 1972. With branches in Waunakee, Baraboo, Eau Claire, Greenfield, and Rockford, we offer local service that draws upon five decades of restorative dental experience augmented by the latest CAD/CAM technology. This allows us to provide a full range of all-ceramic dental crowns, partials, and patient-specific abutments.

COVID-19 Response

At D&S Dental, we're proud to say we remained open for business throughout the pandemic, even in the Spring of 2020 when dental offices were closed and only allowed to treat emergency cases. We used the slower time to 3D print face shields for local first responders and later mask fitters for dental teams. As dental offices reopened, we never missed a beat. Our number one priority continues to be the health and safety of our employees and your dental teams and patients.
