At Conser Land Surveying, we are a small professional firm that has been dedicated to serving the County of Lake for over 19 years. Our mission is to provide exceptional Land Surveying Services, Planning, and Development Consulting with the highest level of integrity and professionalism. Our firm is comprised of a team of licensed surveyors and experienced field technicians who are committed to delivering the best possible solutions for our clients.

Our client base is diverse and includes private land owners, contractors, engineering firms, architectural firms, legal firms, real estate companies, real estate developers, title companies, wineries, local municipalities, and both private and public utility companies. We are dedicated to providing our clients with the highest level of service and support, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.

Our team is led by Michael S. Conser, the current owner of Conser Land Surveying. Michael has 18 years of surveying experience and has spent the last 14 years primarily working in Lake County and outlying areas. Prior to joining Conser Land Surveying, Michael was employed by Stantec Inc. in Reno, Nevada, where he spent two years providing surveying services for the construction of the new Crusher, Reclaim Tunnel, and Ag Mill for Round Mountain Gold Company.

Michael is a licensed surveyor and has a strong reputation in the business community for his integrity and professionalism. He is a member of the California Land Surveyor's Association (State) and the California Land Surveyor's Association (Lake/Mendocino Chapter), as well as the National Society of Professional Surveyors and the North Coast Builders Exchange.

In addition to Michael, our team also includes Stephen J. Bellah, who joined our firm in 2001 after relocating to Lake County from Las Vegas, Nevada. Steve has over 35 years of experience in the surveying profession and is a licensed surveyor in Nevada. He is currently preparing to test for licensure in California and has extensive knowledge of the surveying profession, which complements his project management role with Conser Land Surveying. Steve is a member of the California Land Surveyor's Association (State), the California Land Surveyor's Association (Lake/Mendocino Chapter), and the Nevada Association of Land Surveyor's (State).
