Rohnert Park Gymnastics is a center dedicated to providing a safe and fun environment for children to explore the world of gymnastics. Our mission is to foster a love for physical activity and help children develop important skills that will benefit them both in and out of the gym.

Rise & Climb

Our Rise & Climb program is designed for children aged 1-5 and is the perfect introduction to gymnastics. This 45-minute free play class requires adult participation, allowing parents to guide and assist their children as they explore the gym. With access to trampolines, kids can jump and play while also developing their gross motor skills. Our Rise & Climb program is the perfect way for children to fulfill their need for physical activity and build confidence in a safe and controlled environment.

Events

In addition to our regular classes, Rohnert Park Gymnastics offers a variety of events for children of all ages. From Summer Camp and Birthday Parties to Kids Night Out and Field Trips, there's something for everyone! Our events provide children with the opportunity to try new things, make friends, and have fun in a safe and supervised environment.

Summer Camp at Rohnert Park Gymnastics is a great way for kids to stay active and engaged during the summer months. With a variety of activities including gymnastics, games, and arts and crafts, children will have a blast while also learning important skills. Our Summer Camp is designed to be both fun and educational, providing children with a well-rounded experience.

Birthday Parties at Rohnert Park Gymnastics are a great way to celebrate your child's special day. With access to the gym and equipment, children can play and have fun while also developing their physical abilities. Our Birthday Parties are fully supervised, allowing parents to relax and enjoy the party.

Kids Night Out at Rohnert Park Gymnastics is a great way for kids to have fun and burn off energy. With games, activities, and a movie, children will have a blast while also developing social skills. Our Kids Night Out is fully supervised, allowing parents to have a night off.

Field Trips to Rohnert Park Gymnastics are a great way for schools and organizations to provide children with a fun and educational experience. With access to the gym and equipment, children can learn about gymnastics and develop important physical skills. Our Field Trips are fully supervised, allowing adults to relax and enjoy the trip.

Teams

Rohnert Park Gymnastics offers competitive teams for children who are interested in taking their gymnastics skills to the next level. Our teams are designed for children who are dedicated to the sport and are willing to put in the time and effort to improve. With experienced coaches and a supportive environment, our teams provide children with the opportunity to grow and succeed.
