Wine Tasting Policies
At Matrix Winery, we strive to provide a memorable wine tasting experience. To ensure this, we have established the following policies:
- Reservation must be paid in full as a non-refundable confirmation of your appointment.
- Wine Club Members taste for free.
- Late Fee: If a group is more than 15 minutes late, they will be treated as a "no-show" and loss of reservation.
- Please note that club members must be present in the group to receive discounted member pricing.
