Our Team

Meet the owner, Mike Quaglino, who has been in the business of property management since 1987. With extensive experience in management, accounting, home repairs, and necessary maintenance, Mike is your go-to expert for all things related to property management. Joining Mike on the team is McKenzie Kutch, our friendly and professional customer service representative. And, of course, we have our furry friends Sage and Koda, who always brighten up the office with their joyful presence.

Q: What is your application process?

A: The first step is to fully complete your application. Please note that we will need one completed application for each person over 18. We may accept multiple applications per property. You will not be charged a fee to apply for review of your application.

Q: What are your income requirements to qualify?

A: We use 3x's the monthly rent amount as the minimum gross monthly income requirement to qualify. This helps ensure that a resident can make timely rent payments and pay other customary living expenses.

How Do I Apply?

To apply, you'll need to fully complete your application, provide proof of current verifiable income, and a copy of your photo ID. We will review your credit history to help determine your ability to make timely rental payments.
