At Four Forks, we are a family-owned business that was born out of a love for cooking and a desire to share that love with our community. Our story began when our founder, Megan Ruppenstein, started cooking for her family and friends, and soon, friends and family asked her to make meals for them as well. As the demand grew, so did our passion for providing wholesome, healthy, and delicious meals to busy families and individuals.
