Our Team

Our team of experienced attorneys and staff includes Bryant D. Webster, James M. Ellis, Barrett W. McFatter, Benjamin T. Many, and William H. Christy. We also have a dedicated support staff, including Tori Deal, Cindy Haney, Victoria Robb, Amelia J. Teem, and Chloe Montoya, who assist with various aspects of our practice. Each member of our team is dedicated to providing excellent service to clients while remaining accessible to those clients to the greatest extent possible.

Our History

Stone and Christy, P.A., was founded by Richard B. Stone, known as "Dick" to his many friends, in 1950. From 1950 to 1998, Mr. Stone built a reputation for his small town, common sense oriented approach to legal problems. In 1995, Bill Christy joined Mr. Stone to form Stone and Christy, P.A. After Mr. Stone's passing, Bryant Webster joined the firm in 2000, followed by other attorneys who have contributed to the growth and success of our practice. Today, we continue to serve the community with the same values and commitment to excellence that have defined us for over 60 years.

Our firm provides legal representation in all civil matters, including real estate (transactional and litigation), estate planning and administration, estate-based litigation, general civil litigation, collection, contract, landlord/tenant, and minor criminal offenses.
