Our Heritage

Alexander, our third-generation custom tailor, has acquired valuable knowledge and skills that have been passed down through his father and grandfather. From a young age, Alexander was involved in the custom clothing business, and his skills, experiences, and fresh outlook have helped him to develop a custom practice that is truly one of a kind. Our tailoring history is intertwined with exceptional skills, and we continue to push the envelope as the entrepreneurial tailors we are today.

Tailoring Services

At Alexander's, our fabric manipulation techniques, ability to create one-of-a-kind designs, and our attention to detail truly show through in the pieces we create. We offer custom suits and tailored dress shirts, handmade in-house in the USA. We also accept outside alterations for clients and walk-ins that are looking to have existing pieces modified. From the initial consultation to the final fitting, we work closely with you to ensure that your garment fits perfectly and looks incredible.

Our scheduled appointments allow for an allotted timeslot in which we address any and all wardrobe questions you may have. We work to find your best custom fit in each and every aspect of the clothing you create. We combine your dimensions with our attention to detail to deliver a fit that feels natural and looks incredible. Each step of the design process lends you the flexibility to create a truly unique garment that is personalized to your taste.

At Alexander's Custom Clothiers, we are a team of image experts ready to take your look to a whole new level. We are located at 124 West Main Street in Northville, Michigan, and we are open Tuesday-Friday from 10 am-5 pm, Saturday from 11 am-5 pm, and by appointment only on Sundays and Mondays.
