Our Story

Doctor Jenny Cha co-founded Oculus, LLC (now OculusDocs LLC) in 2001 with a vision to provide quality vision care products and personalized optometric services. Together with her talented staff, the OculusDocs team has been proudly serving patients with the most advanced diagnostic technology and eye care products available. With a new location opened in March 2023, we are welcoming patients to our fresh and modern office space conveniently located in Glastonbury Center.

Our experienced doctors and staff provide comprehensive vision examinations, diagnose and treat various eye diseases and conditions, and offer personalized optometric services. Our full-service optical dispensary fills eyeglass and contact lens orders with expertise, and our selection of designer brands has been thoughtfully curated to appeal to many different tastes, budgets, genders, and ages. We also use the latest technologies to offer a full range of eye health services, including routine eye exams, vision tests, and diagnosis and management of eye diseases.

Our Team

Our team of eye doctors and staff are dedicated professionals with extensive experience in providing quality eye care. Dr. Jenny Cha, our co-founder, holds a Bachelor's degree in Science from the University of Waterloo in Canada and obtained her Doctorate of Optometry from the New England College of Optometry in 1997. Dr. Meghan Kelleman, our optometrist, earned her Doctorate of Optometry from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University. Our licensed optician, Peggy Scougall, has over 20 years of experience in fitting contact lenses and providing exceptional patient care.
