The company was established in 1976 by a team of skilled professionals who were previously employed by American Avitron, a leading company in aviation ground support equipment. After American Avitron was disbanded by its parent company Lear Siegler, Staley Co. was formed to continue the legacy of designing and producing high-quality aircraft test equipment at reasonable prices.

Over the years, Staley Co. has grown to encompass over 17,000 square feet of manufacturing and office space, with complete facilities for all phases of design and manufacture. The company's facilities include essential process shops for metalworking, welding, painting, wiring, and more. Additionally, Staley Co. maintains a warehouse near Syracuse, New York for equipment and parts storage.

Our Services

The company also designs and builds specialized carts and test fixtures and has recently entered the turbine engine/APU test cell market. Staley Co. has established an agreement with Aiolos/Turbomotive, a manufacturer of aircraft engine test cells, that granted the company rights and possession of their drawings.
