After completing his studies, he worked in several restaurants and hotels before landing a job at the White House in 1992. During his time at the White House, he served under three Presidents: George H.W. Bush, Bill Clinton, and George W. Bush. After leaving the White House, Chef Moeller went on to start State of Affairs Catering, bringing his extensive experience and expertise to the world of event catering.
