At Dos Gringos Burritos & Cafe Ole Coffee Shop, we're more than just a restaurant - we're a gathering place for the community. For over 20 years, we've been serving up delicious burritos, coffee, and so much more to the good people of Carbondale, Colorado. Our mission is to provide a welcoming atmosphere where friends, families, and coworkers can come together to enjoy a meal and make memories.

Our Story

Dos Gringos Burritos & Cafe Ole Coffee Shop was founded in 2000 by Julie and Nelson Oldham, who had a vision to create a restaurant that would stand out from the usual chain eateries. They wanted to create a place that would serve a wide variety of international flavors, using only the freshest and highest-quality ingredients, and where customers could feel at home. Today, we're proud to say that we've achieved that vision and more. Our menu features a wild variety of international flavors, from Moroccan to Greek, Italian, and Thai, and our full coffee bar, Cafe Ole, serves only organic coffee and espresso.

Our Services

At Dos Gringos Burritos & Cafe Ole Coffee Shop, we offer a wide range of services to make your dining experience with us as convenient and enjoyable as possible. From online ordering and take-out to dine-in and outdoor seating, we've got you covered. Our outdoor seating area offers fabulous views of Mt. Sopris, and we've recently added enclosed and heated seating for the winter months. We also offer a full coffee bar, fresh smoothies, addictive frozen coffee drinks, and free internet. And, to make it even easier, you can order in-person, by phone, or online.
