Our Process

We understand the importance of communication and ensuring our clients are fully satisfied with their final product. That's why we offer a proof of every order via email before we begin production. This allows you to review and approve every detail, ensuring your sign meets your expectations. With production times ranging from 6 to 8 weeks for most carved and painted signs, and as little as 1 to 2 weeks for vinyl lettering, we strive to deliver your masterpiece in a timely manner.

If you're looking to see our creations up close or discuss your project in person, our showroom is open Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm, and on Saturday from 11am to 4pm. Located in the heart of downtown Chatham, our shop is easily accessible and offers a welcoming atmosphere where you can browse our extensive collection or meet with our team to start designing your new sign.
