At Wiest Asphalt & Paving, we take pride in our commitment to providing top-quality services and products. Our story began in 1969 when Joseph C. Wiest left his job at Armco Steel to pursue his dream of starting his own paving company. With a focus on hard work and fair pricing, Wiest Paving was founded and has since grown into a reputable business. In 1988, we expanded our operations to include an asphalt plant, moving to our current facility at 310 Mitchell Hill Road. Today, we continue to uphold the same principles, ensuring every project is completed with excellence.

Services & Products

Our services range from commercial and residential asphalt paving to sealing and tar & chip for roads, parking lots, and driveways. We also offer a variety of asphalt products made at our Mitchell Hill Road Plant, including BCBC, ID2 Binder, ID2 Top, and ID2 Modified Top, all made with 100% virgin asphalt. Additionally, we carry a range of limestone products and are a Penndot Certified Plant, offering 25mm, 19mm, and 9.5mm Penndot mixes.
