Our Story

At Galt Ocean Rehab Center, we are more than just a treatment center on the beach. We are a comprehensive treatment center that offers various levels of care, including Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), and Outpatient Program (OP), while addressing mental health issues and substance misuse, simultaneously. Our mission is to provide the highest level of personalized care and treatment to each client who enters our facility.

Our Services

We understand that each individual is unique, so we offer a wide range of services to meet the unique needs of each client. Our treatment phases are designed to address both mental health issues and substance misuse. We provide Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), and Outpatient Program (OP), as well as individual therapy, case management, medical and psychiatric treatment, and 12-step meetings.

Treatment Process

Our treatment process begins with preadmission, where our intake coordinator assesses whether an individual is appropriate for admission into our facility. Once admitted, clients receive a comprehensive intake assessment, including a medical assessment, psychiatric evaluation, and biopsychosocial assessment. Our treatment team works together to formulate a Master Treatment Plan, which outlines the client's unique issues and goals. Throughout the treatment process, clients work closely with their therapists, attending groups and meeting with their individual therapist at least once a week.

Aftercare Planning

As treatment comes to a close, our goal is to ensure a smooth transition back to daily life. Our aftercare planning process helps clients prepare for discharge, setting them up with appointments for psychotherapy, psychiatric care, and medical treatment. We also provide a discharge letter and certificate of completion, and we invite former clients to share their stories and offer support to current clients.
