Services
CCTV Inspections
Our high-definition CCTV inspections utilize specialized cameras to visually assess sewer and drain pipe conditions. This technology identifies blockages, cracks, root intrusions, and structural issues with precision. Clients receive narrated video reports showing exact problem locations and recommended solutions, enabling informed decision-making for both residential and commercial properties.
Hydro-Jet Cleaning
High-pressure hydro-jet cleaning removes stubborn blockages and buildup from sewer lines. Our equipment effectively clears grease, mineral deposits, and debris accumulations that cause recurring issues. This preventative maintenance service restores optimal flow while minimizing future emergency risks for restaurants, apartment complexes, and commercial facilities.
Sewer Gas Detection
Specialized smoke testing identifies sewer gas leaks that pose health risks and attract pests. Our technicians pinpoint entry points through controlled smoke introduction and visual tracking. This diagnostic method prevents indoor air contamination while locating necessary repairs for compromised pipe systems in residential and commercial buildings.
Trenchless Repair
Epoxy lining and pipe bursting techniques replace damaged pipes without extensive excavation. These methods preserve landscaping and structures while installing durable replacements. Trenchless technology reduces project timelines by 50% compared to traditional methods, with minimal disruption to property owners and businesses.
Pre-Purchase Inspections
Comprehensive sewer evaluations for real estate transactions identify hidden infrastructure issues. Our inspections detect construction defects in new properties and deterioration in older systems. Buyers receive detailed condition reports to negotiate repairs or budget for future replacements, preventing costly surprises after property acquisition.
