Services
Physical Therapy
Our physical therapy services address musculoskeletal and neurological conditions through customized treatment plans. Using manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education, we target the root causes of pain and mobility limitations. Specialized programs treat back/neck pain, joint injuries, post-surgical recovery, and chronic conditions, helping patients regain function and prevent future injuries.
Dry Needling
Dry needling involves inserting thin needles into muscle trigger points to relieve tension and pain. This technique improves blood flow, reduces inflammation, and restores mobility by targeting deep tissue structures. It's particularly effective for chronic muscle pain, sports injuries, and repetitive strain conditions.
Sequential Manual Therapy
This method systematically evaluates and treats the entire body to identify pain sources. By addressing interconnected systems rather than isolated symptoms, we achieve faster, more lasting results for complex conditions like chronic back pain and postural imbalances.
Cupping Therapy
Cupping therapy uses suction to increase circulation and release muscle tension. This technique breaks down adhesions, reduces inflammation, and promotes healing in soft tissues, benefiting patients with chronic pain, sports injuries, and stress-related muscle tightness.
Post-Surgical Rehab
Our post-surgical rehabilitation programs accelerate healing through progressive mobility exercises and pain management techniques. Tailored protocols help patients regain strength, restore range of motion, and safely return to daily activities following orthopedic or neurological procedures.
