Our Journey Begins

Our story starts with Dawn Dorman, who discovered the joy of quilting through her daughter-in-law. Recognizing the lack of a Janome dealership in their hometown, Dawn and her husband, Rick, decided to fill this gap in 2014. With extensive research, training, and certifications in machine sales and repair, they established Star D LLC and became authorized Janome dealers the following year.
