Brady Sexton, a native of Moorhead, Minnesota, has made Fargo his home since 2001. With his certifications in basic and advanced home inspection, as well as radon detection from the Professional Home Inspection Institute, he is well-versed in identifying potential issues in your home. As a member of the National Society of Home Inspectors and an associate member of the FM Association of Realtors, Brady is constantly updating his knowledge to ensure that he provides the most thorough inspections possible.

Our Services

Red River Home Inspectors specialize in non-invasive visual inspections of all major components of the home. Our inspectors use nationally recognized standards of practice to identify and document major problems and minor issues that will need repair or replacement. We inspect the site, grounds, and grading, exterior and structure, roof, plumbing, electrical, attic, interior, bathrooms, kitchen, basement, heating and cooling, and garage.

In addition to home inspections, we also offer radon testing. Radon, a colorless odorless gas, is found in all homes and is the second leading cause of lung cancer in the United States. We use state-of-the-art equipment to test for elevated levels and can alert you to correctable problems. We regularly do simultaneous testing to assure us of precision and we have them calibrated at the required intervals to insure that we have the most reliable test results we can.

Pricing

Our pricing is competitive and transparent. For a home inspection, we charge $400. For radon testing in North Dakota, we charge $150. For radon mitigation, we offer a free estimate.
