In addition to 24-hour skilled nursing, occupational, physical, and speech therapies are available on-site seven days a week. We design personalized care plans tailored to each person's own strengths, needs, abilities, and goals. Our activities programming is also offered seven days a week to keep residents engaged, involved, and encouraged.

Our on-site rehabilitation team includes physical, occupational, and speech therapists, as well as specially trained therapy assistants. Our experienced rehab team is dedicated to helping you regain strength, mobility, and independence, and achieve the best possible outcome.

We care for a wide range of needs, including post-surgical recovery, rehabilitation following illness or injury, and long-term rehab care for chronic health conditions. Our specialized rehabilitation programs include:
