My name is Frank Beyette, and together with my wife, Karen, we have proudly owned and operated Franklins since 2010. Our journey began with a vision to create a space where people could gather with friends and family, enjoy great food, and create lasting memories. We expanded the restaurant to accommodate 72 guests, introduced special events like pig roasts and winter luaus, and became a cornerstone of the Proctor community.We support local clubs, youth leagues, and the volunteer fire department, reinforcing our dedication to mutual support. Our homemade sauces, spices, and signature dishes like prime rib and pizza have become local favorites.
