Our dedicated team includes Dr. Damoun Rezai, a Family Medicine Doctor, Grant Shang, our Support Staff, Deanna Noll, B.S.N., R.N., as our Director of Nursing, Kimberly Pineda, providing Customer Service, and Alyx Ruiz, M.A., serving as a Medical Assistant and Customer Service Representative.
