Our Services

We offer a wide range of services, including wellness exams, acute care, and specialty care coordination for support with obesity, diabetes, adolescent health, behavioral health (including ADD/ADHD), and more. For our Alabama Medicaid recipients, we also provide additional care coordination through Care Network.

Our clinic is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including the Patient Web Portal, FollowMyHealth. This system allows patients to communicate with our clinic securely and conveniently, enabling them to ask a nurse, request prescription refills, update demographics and insurance, and more.
