- How will my order be packed to protect it during shipping? Your dessert will be securely packed in a sturdy Styrofoam container with gel packs to help maintain product integrity.
- Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii? We can not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
- Do you ship outside of the U.S.A.? We only ship within the U.S. We do not ship to Puerto Rico.
- Can you ship to a PO Box? UPS requires a physical address for delivery. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
- Does someone need to be home to sign for the package? No, when shipping to a residence, it is standard practice for the package to be left at the front door if no one is home.
