Our History

Established in 1981, Claiborne County Family Health Center has been serving the local community for over 40 years. We have a rich history of providing positive health care outcomes and have received HHS funding and Federal Public Health Service deemed status with respect to certain health-related claims. Our governing board members are committed to ensuring that our center provides the best possible care to our patients.

Our Services

We offer a wide range of medical and dental services, including family medicine, pediatric medicine, preventive health care services, disease management care, internal medicine, OB/GYN, and general family dentistry. Our team of board-certified physicians and nurse practitioners are committed to making medical care accessible and affordable for all families. We also collaborate with local schools in Claiborne County, operating two school-based clinics that provide primary medical and dental services.
