At Precise Alterations, we take pride in being a family-owned business in Cornelius, NC, specializing in weddings, proms, formals, and special occasions. Our story began with Yong Bullard, a talented seamstress from Seoul, South Korea, who has been sewing for over 37 years. Yong's impressive background includes working as a designer, pattern maker, seamstress, and business owner, with experience at Nolan Miller Designs in Beverly Hills, California, and Miz Scarlets in Buckhead, Atlanta, GA.

Yong's expertise and passion for sewing led her to open Precise Alterations with her husband Jim, providing top-notch alterations services to the community. What sets us apart is our commitment to precision and attention to detail. We understand the importance of fitting, which is why Yong takes the time to create a template for each garment, ensuring a perfect fit every time.

Our Services

Our Store

Our store is one of the largest in the area, designed to provide a comfortable and private experience for our clients. We have three spacious fitting rooms, each equipped with multiple garment hooks, benches, and mirrors. Our specialized fitting room is over 120 square feet, perfect for fitting full-sized wedding gowns and other formal wear. We also have six full-length wall-to-wall mirrors throughout the store, allowing you to see yourself from every angle.
