Caribbean Marina & Restaurant

The Caribbean Marina is a full-service marina located on the lower lake, just west of Excelsior on Echo Bay, Lake Minnetonka. We are a tradition that has been serving boaters on Lake Minnetonka for nearly 60 years. As of the 2019 boating season, we are under new ownership, with four local residents and longtime friends coming together to create an experience they always wanted to find on the lake. Our customer commitment extends beyond creating a lifetime of memories on the water. We are here to help keep you fueled up with our dockside restaurant, gas docks, dock shop, full marine service, mobile marine repair, boat storage, and more. Our team is dedicated to ensuring you can make the most of your Lake Minnetonka experiences.

Marine Services

We now offer complete marine service, including mobile boat repair, emergency towing, and general boat and jet ski repair provided by RSI Marine on-site. Our services are designed to keep you on the water, enjoying the beautiful views of Echo Bay and historic Big Island. We have a team of experienced and knowledgeable technicians who can handle any repair or maintenance needs you may have. Whether you need an oil change, a new propeller, or a complete engine overhaul, we have you covered.

Gas Dock

Our gas docks offer very competitive rates, as well as 91 Octane (non-oxygenated) fuel. We fill jet skis, personal watercraft, and boats of all sizes. Our gas docks are located on Echo Bay, Lake Minnetonka, making it easy for boaters to fill up and get back on the water. Our gas dock hours will be announced soon, so stay tuned.

Dock Shop

Opening soon, The Caribbean Marina is adding an additional dock shop to keep you on the water longer with the gear and equipment you need to make the most out of your Lake Minnetonka experiences. Our dock shop will have a variety of items, including snacks, drinks, ice, and boating supplies. We will have everything you need to enjoy a day on the water.

Dock Slips

The Caribbean Marina offers a limited number of dock slips for the 2021 season. If you are interested in securing a spot for your boat, please let us know. Our dock slips are located on Echo Bay, Lake Minnetonka, making it easy for boaters to access the lake. Our slip rates are competitive, and we offer both seasonal and transient slips.

Restaurant

Our legendary dockside restaurant offers beautiful views of Echo Bay and historic Big Island from our outdoor patio seating. Our menu features a variety of items, including burgers, sandwiches, salads, and appetizers. We have something for everyone, and our portions are generous. Our restaurant is the perfect place to sit dockside and enjoy the views in comfort, sharing a meal with friends, family, or making some new friends.
